Historical Hours Remaining

This chart will track the total hours remaining on a project or task over time. This will allow you to see how hours are decreasing and work is completed and identify trends in efficiency. For this chart, we recommend using Custom Fields as we have an integration that will allow us to sum the data nicely to give you the total hours remaining for the project. It is available with most Trello paid accounts (details here). You would want to create a numerical custom field to track hours.

To get started, create a Historical Chart for open Cards.

• At the "Totals" stage you would opt to sum the custom field value you have set for hours.
• Once completed you can set the display time frame by opening the calendar window from the bottom right-hand corner of the tile.
  • You can use the pre-set time frames from the right hand side, or you can set your own custom time frame by using the calendar to set your start and end dates.
