Lead Time

This chart will track the time it takes from initial request of a item/product to the actual time of delivery. This is will allow you to see how long your workflow process is taking from request to delivery to your clients.

We are assuming here that your Cards move through your Board(s) in a left-to-right manner as they progress through your workflow.

To get started, create a Time to Complete Chart for open Cards.

• When selecting your 1st in Progress List, you will select the List where your Cards go when a request is opened.
• Your "Done" List will be the List that your Cards move too once the item/product is delivered.
